Q. Is your website secure and what about my privacy?
Answer:     Our site it totally secure and your privacy is respected. Please see our full Privacy and Security Policy in the Customer Services section of our website

Our website uses only trusted methods of payment on line and all your data is encrypted to protect you as you use our site.
Q. I am having trouble placing an order, what could be happening?
Answer: We have anti-fraud measures that will automatically fail any credit card tried three times in a 15-minute period. If your card has failed:

Check we accept the card you are trying. make sure there are no spaces in the credit card number.

Ensure that you have entered the 3 digit Card Security Code from the back of your card or the 4 digit code from the front of the card.

If you are still experiencing problems then please contact us at enquiries@lovedbyyou.co.uk where we will be able accept your payment manually.
Q. When will I receive my order?
Answer: Legally we have up to 30 days to get your order to you however we aim for 3-4 days for UK orders and up to 7 days for Rest of World. Please see our full Delivery Policy in the Customer Services section of our website. Should you not receive your parcel in 30 days we will offer a refund of your purchase including postage costs.
Q. What happens if I haven’t received my order?
Answer: The parcel has been delayed in the postal system.

Parcels sent via 1st Class Post or via Airmail do not carry tracking numbers so cannot be tracked once they have left us. Royal Mail will not deem a parcel to be lost until it has been in the postal system (national or international) for a period of 14 working days. It is very rare for a parcel to take this length of time to arrive but we are unable to despatch a replacement until this period of time has elapsed.

We do get proof of postage so if a parcel doesn't arrive it will be subject to a claim at the Post Office before refund or exchange can be given.

Our website reflects the stock we hold in our warehouse, we do not stock items that we cannot dispatch to you.
Q. There is an error in my order; the goods are faulty or have been damaged?
Answer: Please return the item within 7 days of receipt of your order and where possible  use our specific contact form to notify us and we will do our very best to rectify the situation.
Q. Can I change my order details?
Answer: You can change your order details as long as the order has not been shipped. This may change delivery times depending on whether the item is in stock. Please contact us to check the status of your order.

By logging in to your account you can see the status of your order and it will indicate if the item has been dispatched.
Q. What if I don’t have a credit or debit card to pay with?
Answer: We do accept payment by Cheque or Money Order. All cheques should be made payable to:

Q. I want to return an item(s)
Answer: You have the right to change you mind and cancel an order within 7 days of your order being placed. If you do decide to change your mind or cancel, please put this in writing by letter or use out contact form.

The goods need to be in a perfect and saleable condition and in their original packaging with all tags and documentation in place. Please see our full Product Returns Policy in the Customer Services section of our website.
Q. How do I test for a possible Allergy?
Answer: To see if you are allergic to a product, you may want to conduct a skin patch test.

Take a small amount of product and place it on the crease of where your arm bends (opposite side of your elbow). Wait about 20 minutes to see if any redness, pain or irritation occurs. If you have any of these symptoms, you must wash off the product with warm soapy water and discontinue use of that product.

If you are pregnant or nursing, you should consult a physician before using any products that contain essential oils.
